MAXIMO
MAXIMO is constructed from a sophisticated blend of 44.5% Modacrylic, 33% Polyamide CORDURA®, 19% Cotton, 3% Elastane (LYCRA®), and 0.5% Antistatic fibers. This fabric features a bi-stretch, ensuring superior flexibility and fit. The integration of CORDURA® enhances the fabric's abrasion resistance, while the fire-resistant properties of Modacrylic and the comfort of Cotton make it highly effective for protective wear. Notably, MAXIMO is woven in a dense, derived plain weave at 300 gsm, enhancing its durability and structural integrity, making it ideal for demanding environments where both protection and wearability are essential.
MAXIMO excels in delivering high abrasion resistance, along with exceptional pilling and water repellence, making it durable in challenging conditions. The fabric's moderate weight and breathability ensure comfort without sacrificing safety. The unique blend of fabric elasticity, high abrasion resistance, fire resistance, and antistatic properties creates a rare combination that is difficult to find in the market.
Designed primarily for flame-resistant reinforcements and as a main fabric in protective clothing, MAXIMO is suitable for a wide range of applications, including workwear for industries exposed to fire hazards such as welding, electrical utilities, and firefighting. Its unique combination of durability, flexibility, and fire resistance ensures it meets the rigorous demands of protective garment manufacturing.
